Poor management, unhealthy culture, and very disappointing leadership
Pros
Limited learning opportunities if you are willing to navigate a difficult environment
Cons
My experience in this workplace was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential applicants to think carefully before joining. The work environment was affected by very poor management, a lack of professionalism, and a leadership style that often felt passive-aggressive rather than constructive. In my experience, feedback was not handled in a healthy or respectful way, and there seemed to be a strong ego at the management and senior leadership level, which made collaboration difficult and created a tense atmosphere. One of the biggest issues was the lack of mature, experienced leadership. Decisions often felt disorganized, inconsistent, and poorly communicated. Instead of supporting employees, management frequently contributed to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary pressure. There also appeared to be a culture where personal connections mattered more than merit. Many roles seemed to be filled through friendships or internal circles, often involving very young or inexperienced people who were not always prepared for the responsibilities they were given. This created an unbalanced and unprofessional working environment. The workplace culture is unhealthy, poorly managed, and not really supportive for employees. For anyone considering applying, I would recommend asking very direct questions about leadership, team structure, employee turnover, career development, and how conflict or feedback is handled before accepting any role.
