Constantly changing tech environment allows you to learn new things everyday. Owner strives to be the best shop in town. Nice friendly environment. Paid insurance.

I love what I do day to day. I have learned so much from the owner and other employees. It is a strong team environment that I can trust. Work here is great! There's plenty to do and challenging tasks will come up, which are satisfying to complete. The pay is working well for me, and the benefits are perfect. I look forward to what will be in my future with the company.
Cons
There is rarely a break in the work, but not really a big issue. Communication skills and attention to detail is a must when working here.
