Poor Experience

Pros

Independence is given in taking initiatives and working towards anything new

Cons

Long list - Very centralised management and very autocratic management style. CEO is known to lose his temper and often berate employees in very crass language. - More interested in cost cutting rather than investing in the business - Employee unfriendly policies. Even healthcare benefits provided are very bad - Unhealthy environment in office where every one is afraid they would be fired - No investment in employee training or development. Even no investment on the infrastructure being worked at (servers, tech stack etc) - Poor hikes - Outdated ways of working in software development and no willpower from the management to change it - There is constant attrition but no one joins the company because of its lousy reputation which results in excessive load on current employees. A lot of now employees leave within a month of joining the company because they were brought under false promises (regarding work, facilities, culture etc) which get revealed when people join.

Pros

Some few people get treated well

Cons

1. Is a use & sack attitude company 2. They ask employees to cut salary by half else sacked... happened to many people. Very unethical. 3. You leave a good company to join here -and because they don't like your ideas, within weeks they will ask you to go (instant gratification required). Now you have left a good company and are jobless. So many cases happened 4. No career planning possible, as you are not developed at all. Mgt not even got a concept of this growth planning 5. Human Resource is not a Management department but a Damagement department. They damage people. They even boast this is what they are known for - asking people to go. 6. HR itself has the highest turnover - what do they recruit and what do they do that this department has a high turnover of people. 6. Lots of HR placement people do not provide candidates to this company for this reason
