      High level of micro management.

      Pros

      Pay the bills and the people that I work with.

      Cons

      There's a feeling of harrassment from management. Alot of pressure to do a lot of work and don't get paid enough, because of this I struggle to come to work every day.

      Cons

      Never been in such messy place, from a business process, IT plataform and employes's qualification perspectives. I believe this company is just alive because there is no competion in Australia.
