Pros
The day normally starts out with taking care of warranty, then progresses answering both distributor and customer needs by both phone and computer. Some days can involve a lot of research and other days either conducting or receiving training. There are also occasional opportunities for travel to either conduct training or go to a job site for conducting hands on trouble shooting or repair. This is always a welcome opportunity, and you never know where it will be. In 30 years with Quincy, I have had the privilege to work with some great people. Even today, I look forward to going to work, whether in the office or working from home. We have constant contact throughout the day, so we are able to keep up with each other and assist each other as needed.
