Pros
Low training. Bad leads. Pyramid scam.
Cons
This company is a fraud. It is a pyramid model in which only those in management positions win. The leads are old. The charge backs are high for any type of cancellation. It really is a lot of dogmatic talk but little help in the field. You can't grow there. If someone truly wants to make a career in the insurance world please do not work with Quintero & Partners. They are going to take advantage of you.

Agency provides the best training and compensation packages in the Insurance Industry. By far the best work environment I have ever been part of. The agency embraces diversity and out of the box thinking . Best career decision for me and my family !!!
