      It was good pay back then

      the working hours are too long; managers are literally there from store open to close cos they cannot afford extra manpower cost.

      Relaxed dress code. $25 gift card per month good at Quiznos. Fun category.

      Cons

      Unstable. Uncertain. Small work force to do lots of work. Owners are not passionate about the business, just want to turn and sell. Location not appealing in Tech Center area of Denver. Low moral. No charity ties at all, they don't care. No green initiatives. Franchise owners do not trust company.
