Pros

Qvantel can be a good starting point for freshers as it provides opportunities to learn, get hands-on exposure, and understand industry practices. The work environment is manageable for someone who is beginning their career and looking to build initial technical skills. However, from an experienced professional’s perspective, the growth opportunities can feel limited. There seems to be a stronger preference for hiring freshers, and in some cases experienced employees are replaced with multiple freshers as a cost-optimization strategy. This can impact long-term career stability, role maturity, and knowledge continuity within teams. Pros: • Good place for freshers to start their career • Learning opportunities in early career stage • Decent exposure to telecom domain projects

Cons

Cons: • Limited career growth for experienced employees • Cost-driven hiring strategy • Experience may not always be valued appropriately
