Everything about this company is a CON! They work their employees into the ground, expect more than humanly possible and don't care if they have turnover. They offer absolutely zero help to their hardest working employees, and constantly sacrifice quality for quantity. Their market reputation is horrible, AB should pull their contracts. Stay away from this company, there is no success here, and zero work/home balance.

no direction from upper management. They have no clue on what goes on in the field they just sit in their offices and shout out orders. The owner is completely left out of the loop of day to day business. They treat employees like work horses and when/ if something happens to you they let you go with no warning. Really no loyalty to employees and everyone is miserable after the first 1-2 months there unless you're upper management.
