Pros

A good learning ground and exposure to multiple industry verticals. Headquarter in London would be a great place to work for, less so the regional offices

Cons

Lack of regional strategic leadership and defined strategies

Thanks for leaving us your comments. We’re sorry to read you don’t currently recommend R3 as a great place to work. We are extremely proud of our growth, especially during the global pandemic which has taken it’s toll on everybody, and made it more challenging for us to collaborate, support and keep in touch with one another. To try and combat this, we run monthly Town Halls for the whole Company to communicate our strategic initiatives with all R3ers. At our most recent one (7 April 2021) we went through a reminder of our company priorities for 2021 (linked to: customers – product roadmap – revenue) and our Q1 performance against these KPIs. We always record these sessions in case anyone misses them. At present we have a total of 10 offices around the globe and remote workers in some additional states and locations, and we will continue to grow globally in the next few years and beyond. We have senior regional leaders in each of our office locations, as well as hierarchical management and matrix. Please feel free to approach your manager or anyone from the People team if you would like to discuss your comments in more detail.

Pros

Collaborative work culture - peers and management are always available and open for discussion. A lot of work flexibility. Management has a lot of trust in staff and provide ample opportunities to learn and have hands-on experiences. Great onboarding process during covid!

Cons

Could have more virtual teambonding activities in view of wfh arrangements

Pros

If you love emerging technology, Blockchain is definitely one of it that you should keep an eye out! Onboarding employees remotely isn't exactly the easiest thing to do in 2020 but R3 has done a great job in providing support to employees by providing a one-off WFH allowance to everyone — a great initiative to boost productivity and comfort. People here are brilliant and inclusive to work with and you'll be in good hands to learn and grow within the company.

Cons

Limited back to office options as per office and it'd be great to have more options getting back to the office to avoid burnout, provided that the situation allows.
