Horrendous management, terrible values and attitude from team managers right through to the top. A bunch of old fossils well past their use by, very two faced. Don't trust anybody, right from the first interview. Almost everything they will tell you will be quite far from the truth. You could have the best attitude in the world and you'll still be led on for eternity while management have no intention to promote you or help you progress.
All throughout the interview process they will peddle the work life balance they place such a high importance on - in reality you will be busting your booty trying to fit in with their obsurd rostering, generally extremely late shifts one week, one day off, then straight into extremely early shifts. And repeat.
And God forbid you want to use the bathroom - every second is monitored as soon as you log in to your computer - if you're not in a call every second of your shift bar during your break times, expect to be berated. Even if you're 1 minute late coming off your break - all the good you've ever done will go straight out the window and it'll be the topic of discussion for duration of your fortnightly meet with your manager.
I would rather soak in an acid bath than return to this hole. RACQ is not the caring friendly company it's advertised to be.
