      Mismanaged onboarding and expectations right from the start

      Pros

      Kind and respectful colleagues. Lots to learn in terms of work.

      Cons

      Account is disorganized, with no onboarding schedule or support put in place from the start. Training that was promised and communicated prior to joining was not delivered, leaving the team without proper support/guidance, struggling to learn while having to deliver within timelines.

      do not come here if you want to do interesting work. creativity is not nurtured. following arbitrary rules is emphasized more. suck-up and snobby culture. seniors don't seem to have a clue what they're doing.
