Very energetic environment People are very motivated and most are good At their job Lots of parties Nice offices Friendly people Always evolving
Cons
Pay is really bad, and internal promotions often pay less then the job is advertised externally No transparent pay Salaries for roles are less then they where two years ago Often tell people they are not good enough to progress to make them step up for free to prove themselves
