Pros

Easy job - content is quick to learn.

Cons

They do not pay people enough. Over my 3 years of working here, at least 5 seriously good employees have left due to not being paid well at all, especially in a town as expensive as Austin. One woman had been with the company from its inception, and after 16 years with RASi left to go to a competitor because RASi refused to give her a raise. The CEO drives a Maserati, yet would not consider giving a raise to his longest-serving employee who moved across the country for the job. The turnover rate here is sky-high for a reason. Besides payment, they promote problematic people to mid-level management and ignore feedback from other workers. They also have a terrible and completely ineffective training course. None of the management here actually care about your success or anything you might be able to bring to the team, they really just want you to shut up and leave them alone.

Pros

For the most part I like working with my coworkers and it can be close-knit. Learning a new industry can be tough but it’s a nice change of pace and always enjoy learning something new. The health benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

Some upper management can have attitude and not supportive. There can be a little bit of a turnover rate and there’s zero option for tuition reimbursement. RASi tries to promote mental wellbeing but their PTO for new hires is not competitive at all and there is zero sick time. It doesn’t seem like there’s much room for growth depending on the department. Lastly, the salaries are also not competitive and this is disheartening.

Pros

If you're a daily drug user, you can come in wreaking of booze and weed everyday as long as you are proficient at your job like multiple people here. Management will pretend not to notice. Sometimes food and drinks are provided at company parties. Most people who work here are nice. PTO starts accruing day 1. Overtime (often mandatory) to help you make enough money to put food on the table.

Cons

-Eats it's young. Churn and burns with the best of them. -High turnover rate -Sometimes food and drinks are provided at company parties -Low salaries and underwhelming benefits. 10 hours accrued PTO per month no sick days -Payday is on the 5th and 20th, not the 1st and 15th -Homogeneous culture. Exactly one black employee (female) and two latin-americans (one male in upper management, one female in lower management) out of 60 or so employees. Every single other person is Caucasian and most are age 30-50. -As previous reviews say, very thick atmosphere of dis-trust from management. Employees find out about company plans for price increases the same day RASi's clients find out. Employee emails are read meticulously and shamelessly, at least they were until someone started talking about law suits. List goes on. Sales commissions are a joke. Starting at 3% and capping at 10% i think? Maybe even 15%.
