      Really sorry I left this organization. The culture was professional and the people always made it fun to come to work. If i could turn back time I would never have left

      Promotions and pay increase were at a stand still. There was not much opportunity to advance.

      They have loyal hardworking employees. They try to meet every need of the customer. The company is focused on broadening the business to make it more stable.

      Cons

      Work is cyclical. They have unreasonable expectations from there engineering and project engineering staff. The sales department has all the power.
