      There are no pros at RED

      . stress . terrible staff . 60% of your wage goes to RED . No interview just asked for bank details . Charged a £4,635 fee for leaving the school . Mislead and used for REDs financial gain

      Pros

      Nice to set own hours and the fulfilment from students passing their driving test. Easy to manage diary,

      Cons

      Not that loyal to longer members of staff. Charge ridiculous fees for finding students. No Holiday Pay No Sick Pay. Charge silly prices for full franchise. Just money makers. Training was good at the time.
