1.This industry is booming in European, American and Asian markets. Especially in China. 2. The company believes in transparency, efficiency and teamwork. There is little time for any office politics when like-minded are striving for the same result together. 3. The company hired top talents from all disciplines. Working here grants you opportunities to learn from the best. 4. Change is the new constant. The company is evolving, so is the market. You are challenged by new scopes and tasks all the time. You get inspired to learn stuffs which you may never have thought of learning in the past.

Cons

1.Working in a company at its early stage, a certain degree of chaos should be expected. That being said, where is the fun if all the paths are already laid by the others for you to follow? 2.Know when to give yourself a break. When work become fun, sustainable work-life balance is sometimes neglected.
