      Sorry, cannot give any "pro" advice.

      Cons

      * Low pay, very low raises * Zero respect from management * Way too much paperwork * CEO calls employees "stupid" or insinuates this. * Upper management has zero empathy * Buys cheap everything. * Our office was composed of cast off desks, chairs, file cabinets from junk the plant had cast off. * No running water, no place to wash hands, portapotty year round. * No appreciation or respect.

      Pros

      The hours were decent but they have got to be the absolute worst at the pay rate and in the rates of annual raises.

      Cons

      It's all about the big dogs. If you're not related to someone in their corporate office, don't expect much. They only care about making money and cutting corners to make sure less people make more money on the jobs so that they get more in corporate instead of caring to pay their employees. The staring rate vs the amount you end up making in many years doesn't add up to the pay deserved in a normal company. The turnover rate is so high and says it all. They are a company that's been around for years and now they are finally being seen for the scandless ways they do business. They won't be around too much longer.

      Good people, good benefits for most part.

      Cons

      No sick days, must use vacation. Upper management does not listen to those in the field. Reactive instead of proactive approach to problem solving.
