I was promised four 12hr shifts in the interview and straight days. This was adhered to for a few weeks then the hours were cut to a 37hr week and nights were implemented. I questioned this but to no avail. I was told to take it or leave. I lasted 6mths. No management structure and no care taken about the employees.
