      You are left alone with no communication, Promises are not kept., If its not in writing don't believe them. Nice apartment .

      Cons

      Duplicity reigns in the leadership. One moment the hero next moment it is your fault this happened even if was if before you arrived 5 yrs ago. Management does not keep its word and cannot be trusted. ADVISE TO OTHERS ; RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK

      Decent salary, nice people, understand F-15s

      Cons

      No published policies, lots of backwards practices, zero chance for raise or promotion if contractor. No bonuses.
