Good coworkers and a friendly work environment with other therapists.Flexibility to be virtual and in-person.

Cons

Management cares about $ and it shows when metrics aren’t met. Managing a caseload of around 31 clients per week, on top of mandatory meetings, has led to clear and ongoing burnout.
