      Family-owned business. Team-oriented. Flexible hybrid work atmosphere. Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable coworkers that are always willing to listen and be supportive in all areas. Regular company outings and activities celebrating out great staff.

      Cons

      I can't really think of anything besides the 45 minute drive from my house, but that's about it and that's not really an issue.

      The Operations & Construction Teams are some of the friendliest people I've had the privilege of working with. The work life balance & hybrid schedule has been a game changer for me and a welcome change of pace. Management Is very collaborative and supportive regarding any projects. If needed, they'll be happy to give you the resources required to bring it over the finish line. 401k, Medical and dental benefits are solid overall. Management team takes constructive criticism well and acts on feedback with action & collaborative dialogue.

      Nothing too big or glaring during my time here.
