Pros
We created document management, workflow and forms software for IBMi, Windows and Linux. Products were well written and very functional in helping companies go paperless.
Cons
Company was on the cusp of growing bigger, but key management personnel had health issues which forced a couple of the key players to be unavailable.

Family-oriented and friendly atmosphere. Wide selection in products. Mostly intelligent and hard working coworkers. Opportunities to learn lots of new skills.
Cons
Lack of leadership skills in management. No coaching for employees. Poor compensation options.
