      Poor management and low growth opportunities in MIS Executive role

      Pros

      you may learn basic MIS reporting, Excel work, and get initial corporate exposure, but overall benefits are limited.

      Cons

      Management is not supportive and communication is very poor. Work pressure is high with unrealistic deadlines and no proper guidance. Salary is low compared to workload and there is no career growth. Work becomes repetitive and there is no appreciation for employee efforts, which reduces motivation over time.

      workload busy but not unbearable. start pay ok

      Cons

      coordination between departments is terrible. do not expect pay increases/bonuses, etc. The owner walks around judging your outfits like a creep. As an admin, you pick up the slack so that the sales person you work with can spend the minimum amount of time in the office.
