      The job itself is great. It's the so-called management that's the problem.

      Pros

      It helps pay the bills until something better is found. They run this company's warehouse like a prison. They typically employee excons for the tax break,& sense most have no viable skills and are desperate for employment, they comply with the mistreatment.. This is an enslavement camp where the threats of being fired is the potential death sentence.

      Cons

      The cons are in the pro's. Middle management is unprofessional unintelligent bullies that prey on the weak and scared. If you're looking for a dead end job, please apply

      Pros

      Payment is competitive. Hiring procedure is easy .

      Cons

      Horrible employee dignity. Micro management. The production and engineering managers do not have the education and skill to manage. Just because they are family members, I don't think they deserve management position. BRAD always abuse employees. Employee turn over is so high.
