Pros

Everyone that works here is amazing to work with and get along with. I have enjoyed my first year here and really feel integrated as a member of the team.

Cons

Downside is personal to me but it is the driving distance to and from my house.

Pros

When I work at RLB, I feel like a member of a family. The work hours are flexible to fit any other commitments that I have going on and I love being able to work from home. I love being able to see my hard work helping others and getting to experience so many different business types.

Cons

Public accounting isn't for everyone (especially since overtime is required). However, if you like to work in a fast paced environment it will be great for you!

They care about their people, take the time to recognize hard work and contributions to the team. They actively seek to make sure people feel appreciated. They go above and beyond to make sure their people are aware of company direction and opportunities for advancement or new experiences. They recognize demands during busy season are a lot and make efforts to appreciate and support staff with meals and morale opportunities

Cons

Busy season is a reality of accounting so be prepared to work a lot February to May. RLB tries to support staff with meals when working late and celebrating when we reach the finish line.
