      They mostly leave you alone, a good thing

      Pros

      I have plenty of experience. This is a big plus if you know what you are doing.

      Cons

      You re rice a quick notice to close out, even if the client is working on the audit. Still, the big plus they have the permission to reopen immediately with policy being interrupted..

      Pros

      Great company, minimal supervision which is great if you don’t need it. Managers always available to answer questions and help out

      Cons

      They don’t pay for mileage or time spent to drive to and from audits which is a huge disadvantage

      Independence entails accountability. Meaning, lack of supervisor support when issues arise.
