Firstly it’s a pure staffing company. No in-house projects and they hire freshers and will put them into random projects at client location with no scope for learning. Not a platform if you want to be technical sound, you will be put into documentation teams at customer locations and no technical trainings arranged for employees from their behalf. They care only about billing, if you are not a billable resource , be ready with your bags packed. Doesn’t care about employee concerns , poor salary and freshers join without knowing all these things coz interview will be tougher than OEM’s where it gives an impression that the work will be better too..!!! Finally we end up working in Excels and presentations. Management is least bothered to address employee concerns , they can only be seen in all hands meeting which is of no use. God knows why are they even conducting simply wasting 1-2 hours of our precious time. No growth for freshers , think and join. Don’t regret later.

there are lot of bad things about the company. 1) very bad and ugly management. Managers are not educated properly. all managers are diplomo holders and not even engineers 2) this is recruitment/consultancy company but branch is RLE. do not get fooled. The management is full of cheets
