      RMM (owned by Lin Media) is a unethical, unprofessional, embarrassing, and a bad company.

      Pros

      The ability to be gainfully employed in digital media sales. The chance to make a paycheck in a bad economy.

      Cons

      The company is shady and have very unethical business practices. Management is unprofessional and very undependable. Staff is sloppy and makes tons of mistakes. Extremely high staff turnover rate. Salespeople gets fired easily. Senior sales staff (4 people) get treated very special. Upper management is terrible.
