      No micro-managing. Can learn alot in a short amount of time. Extremely smart people work at this company and are well connected in the industry.

      Cons

      Some days; work load is almost impossible to complete in the expected about of time. Senior Management and Middle Managers tend to communicate high-level decisions to themselves and not share with all employees.
