      Steady growth of the company over the past 30+ years, probably one of the most innovative companies amongst competitors in the industry. Family-oriented company culture, great for work life balance.

      Pros

      You don’t have to work crazy hours to prove your worth as a manager. The company and its CEO truly value people over profits. Success is shared at every level. The culture is welcoming and engaging.

      Compensation may need to be adjusted up to attract the right talent.
