Pros
Lots of yelling and cussing in management. Corporate higher ups love to unload their own responsibilities onto their employees. Lots of manipulation going on. People will be nice to other people when they need something.
Cons
No one trusts anyone else. No one is valuable to the company and the pay shows that. Never expect a raise because it won't happen. No performance reviews because no one will be considered for a raise. Don't bother doing a good job or trying hard at this company - you will just get more work for the same pay. Don't listen to any of the higher-ups sweet talk. They just want to use you.
