      Pros

      RSP was my first architecture corporate in Asia and I had a chance to follow some of the projects in each stage, from concept design to realization. The multiethnic team was really collaborative and I really enjoyed working on such interesting and massive projects.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the projects in Asia, not only in RSP, must be developed so fast that there is no much time for details and often we need to simplify the design.
