Toxic company

Pros

Company tries to give the best salary in the market in hopes to attract best people. Very friendly tech staff.

Cons

Business staff is very toxic and cancerous. APAC region as a whole is extremely incompetent management-wise. The company exhibits strong preference towards westerners and decisions are very hasty. Management tries to impose its way of doing things to employees , hampering growth or losing clients due to too straightforward communication styles that simply do not work in the world outside of europe and US. Instead of trusting your tech team which is very smart you are letting McKenzie wannabees dictate what is best for the company. Remember that it was us, asian salesment that allowed you to enter the market and grow it until you decided to step in and enjoying marginal growth which would be much bigger if you listened.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, however it might be unfair to your colleagues. We truly appreciate all our APAC employees, no matter the business or the tech teams, for their professional approach, vast experience, and can-do attitude. In fact, the majority of our on-site team members in the region are locals with a deep understanding of local markets and we are proud to learn from each other every day. Diverse workforce combined with state-of-the-art technology allowed us to achieve astonishing growth in the APAC region and we are excited to shape the future of online marketing on Asian markets together.

Thank you for your opinion. We strongly believe that this variety in the workplace brings much more benefits. We hire the best local experts to benefit from their diverse problem-solving approach, know-how and attitude that differs, depending on the experience. As a result, we are proud of the outcome we witness for more than 6 years now. On different markets, from global and local perspective, the company is valued by the vast majority of the employees, business partners and industry authorities all over the world. We respect your point of view, however it’s hard to relate to it without knowing more details. Our HR team is open to talk about them if you’d be ready to raise these topics in a direct communication with the department.

Pros

The company able and willing to give above average to very high base compensation depends on your negotiation, skillset and experience with the hiring manager

Cons

Due to main focus is only revenue generating and streamlining processes, the APAC region put zero effort on company's culture, moral, and employees' fairness/wellness, hence the environment can be extremely political. The management also have lack of ability to position people according to the individual strengths and weaknesses. In brief, revenue-driven and internal politics are huge part.

Thank you for your review. Indeed, RTB House is developing very quickly in the APAC and every feedback helps us to work on our even more effective growth. As this development would not be achieved without great people on board, we're very proud of the effect of the work of all the teams in the region – the sales as well as the tech and business development supporting teams, who put their broad experience and can-do attitude to create the company’s future on the market. While looking for employees, we always look at a certain set of skills and professional background that will fit both the team as well as the RTB House’ values that create the company’s culture. This approach, along with state-of-the-art technology behind the marketing solutions we offer, was one of the most important factors that led RTB House to reach the level of 500+ great professionals all over the world and we are excited to develop our presence globally together.
