The team here is great to get a long with. There are different individuals working for the company, we do not all think the same, but all of us work well together bringing unique perspectives to the table while not being disrespectful of each other's ideas as individuals. This company is VERY Family oriented, so if an emergency arises or whatever there is never really an issue. The benefits are great here too! Medical, Dental, & Optical as well as Life Insurance and/or Temporary Disability are all offered at affordable cost sharing prices. Good vacation & paid time off policies help us to stay working while ensuring we have plenty of time to let off steam when needed or if we fall ill.
Cons
There can be some communication issues from time to time, but not too often and fellow employees are generally brought up to speed rather quickly. No work from home option, mostly. While this industry isn't a seasonal one, the slowness of this burgeoning industry's winters can sometimes cause nervousness about employment.
