      Pros

      Fast paced work but continuously blocked so you have to hit rewind or reset several times in a quarter. Some really talented people still here.

      Cons

      Feels like the company is getting ready for another big shakeup. Everything is about AI now. A lot more corporate folks too. Feels less about good ideas and the mission and more about automation, process and replacing people slowly. Hard to know what jobs will even look like here in 6 months. Maybe we’ll be all gone by then. Something big is happening soon. That’s the vibe.

      Health benefits and PTO can't offset toxic culture

      Health Insurance and PTO and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Almost everything else. Toxic environment, mostly from upper management. No clear path and decision making from people who haven't done the job before. They do not ask for or respect input from others.
