Good and understanding colleagues to work with.

Cons

Huge divide between management and regular employees. No relevant learning experience to acquire that could be stated in resume for future job hunting. Too much manual labor and minimal automation.

Work at your pace as long as you're able to provide the end product within the deadline.

Cons

-Always short of hand, for instance if 5 people left only hires 2 new employee. -No proper guidance hence work at your own will and own pace and own might. -No team spirit, management always finds ways to kill your morale. -HR likes to blindly deduct salary. -No career advancement. -Departmental politics and power abusing of certain h.o.d. -Unjust working hours.
