Pros

1) Food is free & good. 2) Freshers will learn a lot if and only if "interns" are assigned proper work !! 3) My team members were awesome, very helpful.

Cons

1) If they offer u intern position, don't accept it at all. 2) They hire generally for 11 months as intern, by the time u learn everything, they will fire u. Doesn't matter how much effort u put :-( 3) The weird terms for interns are as such :- first six months with 10k. After that they will extend for 3 months (paying 22,500) and will ask u to search job outside. And later, they will extend for 2 months more and finally ends the internship (i.e. fire u). 4) Getting permanent is too difficult. Generally, they don't hire freshers, they hire as intern and fire them as intern only. Seems, every year they hire interns just to showcase the list to Govt. !! 5) Worst HR policies. HR ppl are too rude to communicate, don't have manners at all. 6) HR has weird policies, it reflects in their work - as they started hiring freshers from 2015, that too only from a single stupid girl's college.

Pros

Good pay, interesting work especially for those who wish to specialize in telecom. Financial backing from reliance has helped the company expand aggressively . Pays well for freshers and experienced folks. (< 8 years of experience)

Cons

Arbitrary HR policies. two people run the show in India. The senior management based out of the US consists of expats who are only there to give it an international look. Actual decisions are made in India. HR jacks up offers by adding superfluous line items, ("we provide laptop to the employee for office work") only a excel is given as an offer when an employee is offered a position. Hard to gauge the terms of employment. ( your offer has a 27 percent variable component, however to be eligible for getting that you need to be employed on the 1st of april , if you join later you lose your COMPLETE variable pay !!!! This is not told before you join. Components of the offer either are unusable ('we give car parking') or cannot be utilized by the employee when she joins.('free dinners which are served at 9-10 pm in bengaluru ')

Pros

I was hired from a top college during campus placements. There aren't many pros to think of, but still.... 1. Work from home available. 2. Flexible timings.

Cons

1. They have been acquired by Reliance Jio and have no relevant projects of their own standing. As Jio's subsidiary, they are simply outsourced development or integration projects. 2. Work culture is bad. Peer to peer discussion and resolution of open items in projects is minimum. 3. "Training" provided to freshers is useless - please don't trust the HR when they say they'll train you. 4. Unreal expectations from the development team by management.
