Cons

In the past 4 months, 3 major management executives have left. Lay off's are on the horizon. Revenue is down. No plan in place to get the company on track.

Pros

A lot of the people who work here are intelligent, fun, and forward thinking. It's a young office, many of whom work there are going to be very successful.

Cons

-Unstructured -Earliest employees get immunity to act/ "work" in anyway they want -Highest level of management is well liked and respected, yet they rarely pay attention to how managers handle their teams, they don't seem to care much -Boy's club -Significantly higher turnaround than they want to admit, they think "it's just how start ups are" But the company is getting too big and is a little too old to still be hiding behind the Startup claim
