      Pros

      Enough work to keep busy. Overtime available.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. Incompetent night lead and warehouse supervisor. Management will backstab you quicker than you can blink an eye.

      Culture? Big talk with very little backbone

      It’s a job, don’t expect more.

      Cons

      Self-centered upper leadership, little future vision to develop team members, management staff asked by HR to submit positive reviews (note all the anonymous go team reviews). While working there, almost zero direction was given on what to do. Typical mid-level management lasts about 6 months, leaving the first line managers and the floor workers to just “figure it out”.
