Pros
Great people to work with. Family environment. Everyone is very understanding of things outside of work you need to take care of.
Cons
CEO is temperamental. If you are on his good side you can do nothing wrong, and vice versa. Day to day operations are unorganized. Resistant to change. Marcus Lemonis should visit Raisbeck. They have the product 100%. The process needs a big overhaul and the people(minus 1 or 2) are good.

Good benefits and salary, profit sharing exceeds other companies.
Cons
Favoritism towards certain employees is rampant within the company. Level of respect towards employees is very low overall. Communication is well below average in comparison to other companies. Management contradicts itself within the goals of the company and does not have a program for employees to voice improvements for the company or management style. Work is not efficient at this company. Company does not accept change.
