      - Breakfast provided with fruits/cereals and Friday has bagels - Good insurance, ESPP, 401k Match

      Cons

      - 1 customer for the past few years. Terrible product design and marketing - Management communication is terrible and things move extremely slow - No cares about the product,, everyone is here to collect pay check - Software part of company has no hope, tons of engineers are leaving.

      The company has very smart and skilled people, who are the pleasure to work with. Real software industry products for great customers. Pros: - Challenging tasks - Perfect organization in every little aspect - Rewarding benefits - Own area of responsibility - Convenient locations in San Francisco and Sunnyvale

      Cons

      Actually the biggest concern is that company enforces too much of security precautions, which are severe burden on everyday schedule and accomplishments.
