Good Learning Opportunities...Poor Management and less career growth

Pros
You will get good learning opportunities if you get placed in right team. If you get placed in Aviation department then you will get good learning and onsite opportunities
Cons
Very Poor Management. Once CEO resigned from company, post that company has no direction on how to proceed. No Work Life Balance. Have to work over weekends most of the time. Higher management feel this is like normal but this is because of poor planning in project executions. There are some firings happened in recent times which will not come into lime light as they generally prefer to do forced resignations.

1. Good place to learn managerial skills 2. On job training and if you work hard, you can master at client handling skills
Cons
1. Worst management - no proper process right from hiring till separation 2. Cheap politics - preference is given based on individual bias. 3. No proper communication for changes to roles and responsibilities 4. Employee's inputs are never heard by the management, even if its valued 5. Senior people doesnt know how to greet everyone, even they shun off a basic good morning from a fellow employee 6. Poor work life balance 7. No OT for extra work done for late nights and weekends
