Pros
You get your own office and there are not many projects going on at a time. Staff is mostly friendly. Pay is competitive and benefits are decent.
Cons
There is a big disconnect between one of the principals and the other engineers. He will ask you to make corrections to things even though his corrections are wrong. Lots of layoffs.
