Pros
It's an all-hands-on-deck environment where newcomers are quickly taught how to do everything. Management was nice and genuine. I was never stuck in the kitchen doing dishes like at other food industry jobs. It was a really fun wild west type of experience for me.
Cons
No major cons to be honest. it was a great place to work.
