Range is a people-focused organization that is preparing for scale from the outset with a good office location and good perks. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on contribution to de-carbonizing heavy freight with an engineering-driven organization that is motivated to launch a customer-centric product with an aggressive timeline.
Cons
Range suffers from general start-up churn and early employees wear many hats while systems and staffing are scaled up to meet the needs of a growing organization.
