Cycling is encouraged and flexi-time tailored to cater for it, Generous staff discount on premium cycling kit.

Cons

Discriminatory company with promotion on demographic fit rather than merit. Women's voices ignored and women sidelined. HR unable to acknowledge, let alone address, a toxic work environment, where bullying is rife.

- Frequent change of direction - Weak leadership, frequently changing - Loss of an incredible founder and leader - With that a loss of authenticity of the brand - Office location isn't pleasant or in a safe area for women
