Rapid is a great place to work, in the years I've worked here I have made good progress in my career. I have learnt a lot of new skills in a relatively short period of time. I like the flexibility the business has provided me, along with the support and trust of my manager.

Rapid is a business that has given me the platform to create/build a new business unit, putting their trust in my abilities and guiding me on my own personal development from management to steering group level in the 4 years at being with the company. The culture has been continuously developing over the years and this has been the result of the leadership within the business which is lead right from the top, with Managing Director, James Bates.
