Pros

So, I originally wrote the review “Great company to work for and fast moving” back in 2012 before the company started to "rapidly" transform for the worst. The Pros of working here are you learn a few processes that may be able to help you for a future career. Mostly with blueprint reading, machining capabilities and solidworks tinkering. THAT IS IT.

Cons

The upper management outweighs the workers and instead of treating their employees to perks, bonuses or raises, they fill in more useless positions. Very disorganized and they constantly change processes and blame the workers for not doing something the "right way", when there isn't technically a right way of doing anything in the department. This company is very stressful to work for. I worked here for 3 years and started when it was a small family business. I watched this company shift general managers (also family choices) and change for the worst. Personally, I'm trying my best to give the most non-bias review as possible and base it on strictly facts. I helped develop and test web-based quotation software in order to speed processes and allow new hires to easily understand the software. When it was fulling running i was told i was being let go due to the position now being an "entry level position", go figure. This company forces work on the floor in order to meet monthly quota numbers and does not put into consideration the stress and the term "Quality over Quality" does not apply. Cons: -No yearly bonuses -No raises (at least for the 3 years I've been there) -Revolving Door, I've seen roughly 20+ new hires come and go quickly. -Hyped up to be a great company with great benefits but the stress doesn't even itself out. (I served in the military and that environment was much more comfortable) -Many under-qualified individuals in specific departments that cause you to pick up their slack. -Ambition to advance has no effect. -There is no such thing as being an asset to the company.

Pros

I've been working on the sales team for close to 3 years now and it keeps getting better every year. This is a fast paced, high growth company. You'll need to work hard every day and it will pay off in spades.

Cons

No cons. As I mentioned before, this is a high growth company so be ready for change and buckle up for the ride!
