Pros
The type of work done is very rewarding. It is great to be part of an industry where you are helping. Healthcare is every changing and clinical drug trials are an integral part of the industry. It was great to work with other companies.
Cons
Management is terrible, rude, lack of communication. Positive actions are never noticed or praised. Negative feedback is the daily norm. Conversations with upper management are always very insulting. No chance for personal advancement.
